- Our 7 days of riding covers approximately 600 kilometers (373 miles). We cross Switzerland from West to East on national bike routes (1 & 9). These routes will take us through Swiss alpine and lake regions. We spend nights in major cities, small villages and countryside lodgings. (go up)
We average 40 to 60 miles a day. Some of this riding is quite steep and demands endurance.
